We are a people who are spiritually sound. We search the scriptures daily, to see if these things are true. We accept the sound doctrine GOD has given us. We receive the spiritual increase GOD has ordained for us; and we will walk in the physical blessing that GOD has set before us. We pray daily that our lives reflect the promise we made to live in the image of GOD. For we are a people who are spiritually healthy, spiritually wealthy, and Spiritually Sound!
Our History
The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom, and whatever else you get, get insight. (Proverbs 4:7)
Spiritually Sound Christian Ministries was established under the obedience and direct calling of the Holy Spirit.
Established in 2007, Spiritually Sound was initially a teaching ministry. As the people came, our purpose was to provide the Gospel of Jesus Christ to those who may have a difficult time understanding the faith. We discussed topics in an open format that many may feel uncomfortable discussing outside of the comfort of small groups.
We made (and still make) every attempt to teach the whole Bible with a style that modernizes the questions of the people; and answers in a language that they can understand. The success of the ministry was based on the number of people who were affected, and made permanent lifestyle changes.
In the summer 0f 2013, Elder Richard Houston II and the Spiritually Sound family moved into the self renovated facility that GOD assigned for them.
